I have attended Hatha Yoga classes, have YOGA DVD's which I have not been able to use due to a flare of fibromyalgia and arthritis on my left knee. By the way, YOGA is highly recommended for IBS in many circles, I am so glad you are to help us. My rheumy has recommended I practice some "light" Yoga. Can you please recommend poses for the knees which are not too strenous, such as Warrior?
