First of all, I absolutely love yoga. I've been doing it for a long time now (3 years), but in the last 8 months or so I've been doing it a lot more intensively (1 hr, 3x per week or more).
For me, I've always found that yoga has helped even back when I was having "mysterious stomach problems" - especially forward bends or anything that rests your chest to your knees etc.
Anyway, sometimes I find that I get gassy a little bit in yoga, but it's kind of a relieving gas, if you know what I mean? Not painful, just kind of like my body is relaxing and stretching out and releasing. Luckily it's not loud or ahem, smelly gas so I don't have to deal with that embarassment in class!
Anyone else get this?
