Hi, I posted a long description of my problems in the thread "Re: Green Thickies" because I had a question about the amount of fiber in those (i.e., when using a VitaMix) which grinds up veggies/fruit on a cellular level, etc. I am new to this whole message board thing, so, if anyone is reading this, could you please go to my post under Health22 for 1/17/13 as it describes in more detail my concerns. Any help would be great...Presently I can't eat any raw veggies, they have to be cooked. I can only eat ripe bananas and avocados raw. Which is really wearing on me..thus, my quest for the VitaMix (which I haven't purchased yet...but am researching before I do)...Sorry for being so "spastic" (hahaha) about these posts...just not sure how to do this forum correctly, but I'll get the hang of it.
