Hi, I don't post hear often, but I do alot of yoga.
I am sitting at my computer at work and I enjoy doing a sitting version of Cat/Cow when my back is tense. I just did this several times and it alleviated ALOT of gas. I know, how embarrassing, I'm at work, but I have my own office, so no biggy. Anyway, if you are very gassy/bloated, doing a sitting Cat Cow is great for the gas!
Arch your back and lift the chest and drop head back and then curl your spine the opposite way (kind of slouching but drop your head in front of you), and you SHOULD release some gas (I just did it felt good) It also releaves neck/upper back tension!
