I too suffered from terrible gas (along with C) and just an unsettled stomach after everything I ate. Sometimes it was worse than other days. Not only could it get unbearably painful, but really embaressing while I was at work. I noticed that as soon as I stopped eating whole wheat, dairy, and all the insoluble fruits and veggies, it stopped. If I have insoluble fruits and veggies, I peel it if possible, cook it and puree it. So far so good. Since I only changed my diet about a week ago, I am going to wait a few more weeks to slowly reintroduce small things back. To be honest I am a bit scared to do that, so I think it will defiently be baby steps. I hope things start to improve for you, because I know what it's like and it's no fun at all!
