Hiya! I think you are totally right, it makes all the sense in the world for me to start trying to find recipes I like now, even if I can't test them all out until I have my own kitchen back. Okay, so that means I have until December to put together a bunch of recipes and make my own little cookbook. Since I won't be able to make a lot of them, though, maybe you can just tell me your favs and I can get a good start from there? I am still a little scared of veggies, so any recipes where some veg is easily added in and digested would be cool 'cause maybe I can get myself more used to eating them. Soy stuff is a bit of a problem for me, the only thing I've been able to find here is soy milk, one kind of soy yogurt and some soy cheese that was absolutely _horrible_. I know it will be easier in Canada, but I think for now I have to avoid recipes that have a lot of soy-subsitutions. Let me know, if you can! Either here, or you can eMail me on Valerie_Skye@hotmail.com. I'd really appreciate it.. I am so excited! --Steph
