Angel, I know the cramping pain you feel as well, I have also been tested for ulcers among other things! It really helps to talk to people who understand and are going through the same pain. I find metamucil helps me, because you get the water at the same time as the fibre...I drink it first thing in the morning before anything else. It sometimes helps to relieve pain after all day, also peppermint tea and brewing fennel seeds in hot water also relieves pain. Stress is one of the worst triggers of my pain and I find relaxing and especially exercising keeps your mood up and the pain away. Hope you will feel better soon, it takes time!
