CAJUN CHICKEN
1 tablespon paprika 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaes, crushed 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, crushed 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves 2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine seasonings in small bowl; mix well. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture. Brown chicken in oil in oven-safe skillet until dark brown. Plake skillet in 350-degree oven and bake 20-30 minutes.
DIJON CHICKEN
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 medium clove garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in casserole dish in single layer. In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients and spread over top of each piece of chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
