Gemini, if you want to more veggies you could also try throwing some in with your pasta! I love sauteing sliced zucchini and then adding it to my spaghetti... which I make with tomato sauce, but I'm sure the zucchini would taste great with low fat Italian dressing, too. That's my favorite, but I'm sure lots of other veggies would work too. Plus, Bev is right, there are lots of pasta recipes on the exchange I've been meaning to try. Mmm.
I agree with Bev, you have to lose the blue cheese dressing! Dairy is very bad, and take my word for it, once you find a good substitute you won't even miss it!
