Hi everyone! I have been trying the diet lately, and I pretty much eat a banana for breakfast, and peanut butter and jelly for lunch, and pasta and pumkin cookies for dinner. I am totally lacking in fruits and vegetables. I'll have to add some soon. I bought the Low-fat Bisquick and made drop biscuits with vanilla soy milk. they turned out SOOOOO good!!! I love biscuits. I eat about 3 a day. I also made pumpkin cookies, which turned out very good, too! (I don't like all the sugar in the recipe (2 cups), but it doesn't have any fat at least) Also, for dinner I make pasta. I just cook the pasta, and add low-fat italian dressing and low-fat blue cheese dressing. I know this sounds weird, but I thought I would give it a try. I also added a can of chicken one day, and yesterday I mixed 2 cans of tuna with the pasta. Suprisingly, it's really good!! Even my fiance liked it, and he's weird about "healthy" food sometimes. I know I shouldn't add the blue cheese dressing because it does have milk in it, but oh well....
