2 green onions chopped finely 1 clove garlic minced 1 tbsp. ginger minced 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. Asian chili paste 1 can red kidney beans rinsed, drained 325ml. fresh french bread crumbs 1/2 c. corriander 1 tbsp. oil
Whisk onions, garlic, ginger, soy, chili paste in bowl. In another bowl mash beans til chunky paste. Add crumbs. Using damp hands form 4, 1/2 inch thick patties. Heat oil in pan over med heat. Fry til golden, about 5 min per side. Serve with rice, bread, couscous, etc. Makes 4.
