If I find a recipe for one I'll post, otherwise I'd just make a roux and add a cream sub (soy or rice) and fresh mushrooms and spices...... Unfortunately I cook by the "seat of my pants" and rarely use a recipe when I get the bug to do something new.
Your sauce sounds great and likely the one I'd start with when I make.
Being a spinach and turkey lover this recipe just hit me just right!!!! (I'll be the only one eating it in my house)
Your hubby's got to be a jewel....to eat every thing you make.........(I have to cook 2 different meals when home).....mine's a Georgia guy and likes only fried, beef'd, with cheese, or however is the most unhealthy.......yet all his blood levels say he's healthy as a horse........must be good genes. Darn I hate people like that!!!!
