Although I've never tried it, I've noticed that Silk soy milk has recipes for both:

Condensed soy milk
Evaporated soy milk

Depending on the recipe, you might not absolutely need to use evaporated or sweetened condensed milk. I try to use plain soy/rice milk if I think I can get away with it, otherwise I use this recipe. It does work -- I even used it in fudge. But then you have to keep pudding mix around, so it might be easier to try the Silk recipes.

As Snorkie mentioned, there is powdered soy milk available, but it can be hard to find and usually expensive. I've only found two kinds -- the expensive kind that I won't buy, and the cheap kind that tastes lousy.
