1 C fat-free Cool Whip 1/4 C reduced-fat crunchy peanut butter 7 oz jar marshmallow creme too much of a 3.4 package of cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix (probably more like 2 ounces -- I was too lazy to measure and dumped WAY too much in)
They're good, but sticky -- I should have lined the pan with wax paper. It is also a bit gritty from all that pudding mix. I knew it was the wrong kind going in, but thought what the heck!! Since it is sweet enough as it is, I think I'd probably just sift in some cocoa powder instead. I would also nix the marshmallow creme and just use an entire 8 oz tub of ff Cool Whip instead. The only reason I tried the creme is because I have a ton of it that I need to use up (and a $.69 tub of marshmallow creme that I need to get rid of anyway is a heck of a lot cheaper than a $4 pint of ice cream).
Actually, I wonder what if would be like if you mixed in with PB with a whole tub of the chocolate-flavored Cool Whip and froze it? Hmmmm.
