Hey there. Law student here, heading into the home stretch! I find during finals that I'm mostly fueled by anxiety. I'm sure that's healthy. I don't know how stable you are but when I really need it, I can brew some strong Lipton tea and sip on that. I can also do about a cup of coffee every 3 or 4 days without too much of a problem. Other than that, what casey said. Eat well, try to sleep once in a while if you have time, and spend 5-10 min every few hours excercising. Go walk around the block, do the stairs in your building a couple times, even just empty the dishwasher. Gotta get the blood moving so your body doesn't think you're on a plane or something.
