I've been out of school for a long time, so I can't remember what sorts of food we had in the cafeteria that an IBS'er would be able to eat. Plus school food is different now than it was when I was there. If you listed a few things that they always have there, I might be able to suggest something. Otherwise, you might just have to bring your own lunch. I know it's a pain - I always had to do that for work, too - but it's better than getting sick on bad food!
