I would just go to the ethnic aisle of your supermarket and look around. I know Goya makes a few seasoning variations, and I think even Taco Bell has a line of prepared foods that you can look through. Generally, though, if you just want to make your own, I'd play around with Cilantro, Saffron, some hot pepper, garlic and onion powder, and a touch of cinnamon and cumin.
