Well I tried searching and had no luck (might not have used correct terms in my searches) but are there any problems with using the flavoring extracts for IBS baking. I have a banana bar recipe that uses imitation butter and walnut extracts, but I am assuming they would be safe. The ingredients for the imitation butter are WATER, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, AND FD&C YELLOW 5. and for the walnut extract WATER, ALCOHOL (45%), CARAMEL COLOR, AND NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Michelle
