OK my brunch is next Sunday. We are having 3 eggy things: sausage and mushroom strata, salmon and goat cheese (using alouette) fritata, and leek and bacon tart. Then I am making a fruit salad, a coffee cake and then I don't know what else. It would be nice to have something I could put my homemade jam on and homemade butter. I have made Devonshire scones before but I don't think they were a hit. Then again I am doing A LOT of cooking so maybe I should buy a something for the jam. Any ideas? Also I might make a cookie, muffin, bar or trifle too- it seems I need one more sweet thing. Obviously I am going to have way too much food. And unfortunately it is daylight savings time!
