Ha, ha. It's basically whatever kind of meat (turkey is a good choice in this case), mixed with other stuff (onions, bread crumbs, seasoning, egg) and stuffed in a loaf pan. So instead of a loaf of bread, it's a loaf of meat. Actually, that description doesn't sound too enticing, but really---it's good!! Especially when you cook it with the ketchup on top, it makes a nice top layer. You should try it!
