I haven't actually tried this yet, but I was on the Bisquick site and saw what is, quite possibly, the easiest pizza crust recipe I've ever seen:
2 cups reduced-fat Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
Heat oven to 425. Mix together Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat or roll dough, with Bisquick-dusted hands, into a 12-inch circle on a cookie sheet, pinching a rim around the edge (or pat dough into a 12-inch pizza pan).
Sprinkle dough with 1/2 cup shredded soy mozzarella, then spread with 1 cup sauce, if using. (I like Ragu Lite Tomato and Basil.) Top with more cheese and whatever toppings you'd like (remember what's safe!!), and bake 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Makes 8 slices.
Welcome, by the way!
