I've had IBS since 2011. I ate something in January that I shouldn't have, and I haven't been able to get my digestive track, back on track. I've tried just plain white rice, chicken broth, Bananas, Applesauce, Mushrooms etc, just water soluble foods. I normally take your fiber, but stopped when I started eating water soluble foods only. I haven't had many bowl movements this month, 3 and they were small. I tried your Banana Bread recipe yesterday, had 1 slice and today my tummy hurts and it's bloated. I had my Gallbladder removed on April 8th along with a stone from my small intestines, and a cleaning of my bile duct. What can I do to get back in track? I'm constipated, bloated & miserable! Thank you!
