I think all that stress is tired of being trapped and it is trying to escape coming out in a "rash". Ha Ha
Could it possibly be something in the cleaning solutions you are using to clean porch railings, carpet, etc? I know some of that stuff can be irritating. Could it be something you got from outside maybe from some sort of bush or something you're allergic to? Hubby uses Gold Bond Medicated Lotion for his itching and it helps him. Also, a soak in the tub might help. Benadryl is good for itching but it will put you right to sleep.
Now listen to big sister! You just take a few deep breaths and go get a cup of soyfee and put your feet up and daydream about something nice.
