Hiya,
Yeah, I know the smarties cheating wasn't too smart, I think I was just in a mood to cheat and nothin' was gonna stop me! Thank God I wasn't near a Dairy Queen!
Anyway, I just wanted to clarify that when I said I was gonna add stuff in, I didn't mean real bad stuff... I mean like... apples. And some more veg, and maybe some treats like rice crispy squares and stuff.
I think I am seeing clearly now, I just know I can't live my whole life on rice, pretzels and grilled chicken breasts. I am keeping a more detailed food diary now, so hopefully I will be able to find out what is still a definite no-no for me (like brocolli.. I love brocolli.. but it makes me SOOOO sick), and what I might be able to tolerate.
