I have been working out for the past three months. I have gone from an extra large to a size 10-12. My problem is my abdomen, upper and lower. Of course I feel bloated most of the time, but I just can't seem to get rid of these abs. I do cardio five times a week, now that I have been diagnosed with IBS, I cut it down to three times a week; upper body with weights three times a week and lower body with weight three times. I know I am eating a sensible diet, I have IBS! Unless I want a violent attack I have to stick to my diet. I cut my cardio because I don't want to get too skinny.

Any suggestions? Is anyone else having this problem as well?
