Janey and Nugget....       04/07/04 12:37 PM Edit Reply Quote jenX Reged: 08/11/03 Posts: 3252 Loc: Richmond, VA sorry to butt in here, but i'm glad to hear you're thinking about starting the hypnotherapy program. i'm really pleased with it. it only takes between 25 minutes and 35 minutes a day. that's not too much. i felt calmer immediately--- after the first session. i got sick and stopped listening so i started again and am so excited- tomorrow i start session 2. session one basically focuses on getting you calm and relaxed and sort of primes the mind to accept hypnosis. i think it's working! i know that i am letting things roll of my back much more easily now (which is out of character for me!). even if that's all it did, i'd think it was worth the money! i have a lot of faith that the rest of the sessions will have great impact! i want to tell you, Michael's aim with these tapes is to have you walk away from IBS at the end of the session. sounds like that is often the result for people. wouldn't that be nice!? no fear about looking for a bathroom when you go out? he says it's possible. no worries about getting in the car for a long drive. he says it's possible. not be ever focused on what you're putting in your mouth. he says it's possible! can you believe it!? i think it's worth the money just to find out....
