When I spoke with her over the phone, I explained that I have IBS and told her what I can and cannot eat. She was amazed and said, "WHY is your cholesterol so high, then? That's exactly the kind of diet I'm going to be putting you on!" It should be an interesting visit. Have you considered protein powder? I used to sprinkle it in my smoothies when I was training for crew. They have different flavors -- chocolate even! You have to get it at the health food store. Would your dietician approve it? Thanks for posting.
