acid reflux/gastritis issues....anyone?       01/31/04 04:44 PM Edit Reply Quote fishnets Reged: 10/09/03 Posts: 515 Loc: MA My doctor diagnosed me awhile ago with Gastritis, and I've been on Prilosec since then. Since then it's cleared up, but if I stop taking the meds I still get acid reflux..so I think I just have GERD now? I dunno. Anyway, so lately whenever I have a few beers I feel really sick after, and sometimes puke(and I don't mean even getting trashed, I'll feel sick after only 2 beers). Also one time a few weeks ago I randomly(no alcohol involved) felt sick and puked. I'd really like to be able to have a couple beers with friends on occasion, is there anything I can do? Should I go back to the doctor? Or you think she will just tell me not to drink? Is this from the acid reflux or is it the gastritis?
