Like Syl says, questions like this should be on the IBS Diet page, thanks.
the answer is cooked greens are one of the safer IF veggies. Cooked spinach is pretty tolerable eaten with SF such as rice, root veggies, bread. The other cooked greens tend to have hard ribs that could cause problems if not cut out and discarded.
