From reading your posts about constant binging, I think you might consider that you have an eating disorder . Even though this diet can be frustrating and it does take willpower,it's not impossible, especially with the consequences you face if you don't follow it. The fact that you can't control your desire to eat junk food says to me that something deeper is going on here. It's time to seek outside help through a psychologist and/or a support group.
