Okay, that changes things, it sounds like you've found a real calling. I guess my real point is, switch jobs because you have a strong need to do something else like help animals, not for your stomach as the main reason. Let that be a happy side effect of doing something you're passionate about. Your plan sounds good to me, I think you should do it.
