Looking back over their symptom trackers (I've kept them all), there was a substantial improvement after 2 weeks, and then a slower, steady improvement after that. Now I haven't had an attack of cramps-nausea-D in almost 4 weeks. Not that things are perfect now. I still quite a bit of gas and bloating, especially if I veer from the diet. And I'm leaning more to C now. But I'm used to all of that and can deal with it.
