Can you buy sprouts? How much do you use on a sandwhich?

also, you don't purree your beans before you eat? Just eat them whole? I'm still trying to figure out how to eat beans if I decide I want chicken or fish for dinner.
I wonder how log this would stay safe to eat, since it's only me. UGH, I just want to stinking eat without thought!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really scared to start experimenting...after years of eating EFI it is very difficult for me to "break a rule". But I need something that's gonna work for my body.

I can't take Acacia (I don't think) so that puts a problem in there with getting as SF base. Yet, you eat eat pears and snacks without one. Hmmmm...how much acacia do you take in a day? Just the amount listed in your response....the 2 tsp two times a day?

I would be so scared to just eat beans by themselves! Yet, I have read that beans are a great source for SF!
