Total panic mode!!       07/14/08 10:29 AM Edit Reply Quote vettech Reged: 06/08/08 Posts: 328 Loc: ME I now know of several people who have had a stomach bug in the last couple of weeks. I'm just (barely) gettting to a fairly stable place (my diet is still extremely limited, but still..). Now I'm so scared that I'm going to get this I can barely function. I know intellectually that worrying about it will probably make me just as sick, but it doesn't stop the heart from pounding, the stomach and chest from tightening, etc. I'm trying to keep really busy right now, and when I get home I'll go back to the hypno tape and maybe some yoga to calm down.
