it was Friehofer's white bread.. usually not a trigger food for me by itself. maybe since my GI was already in a tizzy, it wouldn't matter what I ate.
Thanks for the tip on cooking eggs. I thought the egg would be all over the place in the water, making a mess.
usually I can pinpoint what I ate that caused the D attack. usually once I have the urgent run to the bathroom after I've eaten unsafe food, I start to feel a little better in a few hours. I'll drink some water to rehydrate and put heating pad over my tummy. I guess I just need to chalk it up as a bad flare up this week. I'm back to water, applesauce, and rice for the next day or so.
