Your toast may contain IF and dairy. I'd try omitting it. Wonder bread has dairy. You have to read the ingredients.
Also, cook the eggs over water. Don't use a cooking spray or oil or margarine. I am very sensitive to cooking sprays like PAM. Whe I boil the water in the pan and put ego over it, it perfectly cooks my scrambled eggs or fried eggs, and I don't get attacks.
