You are so funny, I'm laughing to myself here at my computer. I'm no tea expert, but for now, I can tell you that fennel is seeds. You'll either put 1 tablespoon or two in boiling water and drink (after you've strained out the seeds) or you can find tea bags that contain fennel, and that's the easy way. Good luck with that. Sometimes fennel tastes bitter to me, and sometimes, I kinda like it. Either way, it can't hurt you. Peppermint and chamomile teas are also good for IBS, and I hear that licorice tea is good for digestion (I drink licorice spice tea by Stash). But tea in general tends to be good for overall health, so have fun finding teas that will make you happy! That will help keep your spirits up without the coffee! I think there is a chain of posts on teas that taste like coffee somewhere on one of the boards - you might want to do a search on that. Hope this helps!
