Michelle, I find driving to be a great way to de-stress, too! But it has to be on country roads, without many others cars around. And preferably on a sunny day when I can put the top down on my Tracker and feel the breeze in my hair! But obviously this time of year in NY that's not possible! ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif)
Sugar, I also find being around water to be very relaxing. I'm not lucky enough to live near the ocean, but I do live about 1/2 an hour from the Finger Lakes, and go there a lot to just sit and reflect. Otherwise the Erie Canal is right down the street. Any water is good enough for me, I just seem to be drawn to it.
I also love closing my eyes and listening to classical music under the headphones, sitting with my cat Fluffy on my lap, and reading a good book.
