My favorite and best way is a long walk, ALONE, or even a jog. I don't even listen to music. I just enjoy the quiet, talk to God, or just quiet even my thoughts so that there's NOTHING but just me breathing (sound weird?)
Another thing I like is almost exactly opposite, I love to get in the car alone and drive fast to really loud music sometimes. Depends on my mood which works better, I guess!
Most times I don't have opportunity for either of these just when I need it so I'm trying to learn to breathe, focus, pray, and take "pause" right in the moments of stress even when I can't "get away".
