I like to read, sew, watch a movie, playing with my dog (heck, just looking at her!), talk/snuggle/kiss my fiance, shoot some hoops.
Sometimes I just stop and really become aware of my surroundings. For example if I'm outside, I'll watch the grass blowing in the breeze. Then I look at one blade and I realize I'll never see this blade of grass again. Sometimes something so silly as this puts things into perspective and makes me realize that most of the time my problems are really small in the great realm of things.
One I really like, and is especially good if you just need a quickie, then need to get back to a project or whatever it is that's stressing you out, is to take a break and work on a jigsaw puzzle. I don't know why, but this is always a great, quick stress reliever for me.
Or, you could always have your way with a punching bag!
Oh - I almost forgot my latest and greatest stess reliever of all. Funky socks!! I love funky socks! LOL There's just someting about wearing the most outrageous socks under my boots when the rest of my outfit is 'normal'! I love it! If someone pisses me off, I just wiggle my toes and know I've got my funky socks to get me through! LOL It sounds dumb, but trust me, it works!
