Wait a sec, is your doc expecting you to go for a colonoscopy every time you have a flare-up? Or does he just want you to go once more? It sounds like you could use a new doc. It can be so frustrating talking to people about IBS who think we're over-exaggerating and don't believe in alternative methods of keeping it under control. Yowzers.
