Yikes, it sounds like your doctor doesn't have a clue either. I have been seeing this GP for quite a long time, and sometimes it is very frustrating to me because she thinks she knows everything and it's hard to get referrals or anything out of her. I like her, but I never seem to get what I want out of any of our appointments.
I really don't like doctors that get irritated by patients who do their own research. I understand that sometimes maybe it could be false information, but if I have an idea.. let me try it. It's my body, and my health afterall!
*vent over*

With sleeping - so far, no. I haven't had one good sleep since we got our new bed. I think that's part of the reason, though, as I am adjusting to a new bed/mattress. But I got some relaxation CDs that I have been listening to, fall asleep almost right away and then wake up once they finish and then continuously through the rest of the night.
Our neighbours don't party or anything, which is good, but I can hear them walking back and forth and back and forth. Like they are really heavy on their feet. But the insulation is so bad, it sounds like they are right outside my door.
I know what you mean about being tired. The thing is, though, I am really *not* stable at the moment.. especially where my anxiety and stuff is concerned and it's exhausting. I tried to explain that a medical leave is a time to heal, not a time to "work work work" and he says Okay, but I can tell he doesn't get it and is annoyed.
Bah. Must run, some family is coming over to see the place. I'll come back on later and try to find my camera and show some pics.
