That seems to work for me and will usually settle my tummy down enough to get through the day. I think that once you start your training the anxiety will pass alittle bit, as you said it sounds like it's related to your experience at the other company. That other company sounded really odd and I wouldn't pay much attention to their comments. Just think back to some of your other positive work experiences and you'll be just fine.
