Re: What would you do?       11/12/03 11:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Nugget Reged: 02/10/03 Posts: 2167 We have only paid 10% as per the contract which reads that there is to be 10% down and balance due upon completion. Our reasoning is that it is not completed without fixing this mistake they are supposed to be fixing and giving us the remote for the door. The contractor is being a jerk saying "no remote til you give me a check". We say "you'll have your check when we get the remote". As far as the mud goes....there's nothing we can do about it. And it has dried out enough right now anyway for them to get in. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
