The doctor is a dermatologist and I had to fill out a bunch of questions about how it negatively affects my life. That was easy! So it's all up to the insurance company as to whether or not they will pay for the Botox treatment for me.
I HOPE SO!!!!!!! She says I might not hear back for a month or so though.
