Sorry Kelly, I have no idea how disability works in Canada, or here for that matter. Is it out of the question to just try and find a different job at a different company? I know with my insurance, if I don't agree with a payment or something they have done, I can go to arbitration, which is basically just a third party to help work things out. Is there anything like that? Hugs
