Every day I say I'm going to get the fish oil capsules, and I haven't gone by the health food store yet. (It's on the other side of town from where we're building our new house.) How many milligrams does your friend take? It's ok on our tummy as long as we take it with food?
I've never tried acidophillis. I've heard the term, but I really don't know what it is. Do you take it in pill form?
The bread I bought recently is Sunbeam Light (white, of course. I cannot tolerate wheat) Two slices are only 1 point. I hope it's not what's hurting my stomach! It's good. It tastes just like regular bread to me.
For breakfast, I have been eating that Quaker Less Sugar oatmeal----every morning. I love it! I read a tip online that said to put one small individual container of chopped peaches in light syrup (drained) in the oatmeal before nuking it. It is delicious! I feel like I'm eating peach cobbler for breakfast. I put cinnamon on it too. The other day, all I had was the container of mixed fruit (peaches, pears and pineapple), and it was good too!
Sometimes I eat a half of peanut butter sandwich, but I hadn't thought of having pb toast for breakfast. I will have to try that.
I recently bought some eggbeaters (basically, egg whites) to make a faux omelet in the microwave. It's pretty good on a low fat tortilla. It tastes fattening, anyway!
I eat tuna sometimes, but I've never eaten chicken with cheddar fish crackers!!! You crack me up! I would love to fix something on my George Foreman grill, but it's packed up in storage right now. Only 9 more days, and I'll be moving into my new house. I can't wait!
I looked up those Crocs online. They look cute, but I'm afraid to try them. Right now, my feet hurt so bad just wearing my athletic shoes!!! I will talk to the doctor on Feb. 28th when I get the results of my MRI.
