No, no Fiber con for me! I took it once, went to a party, and was so doubled over in pain that I almost asked my husband to take me to the hospital. I finally figured out it had given me horrible gas pains in my abdomen. I threw the bottle away.
Losing weight is so hard, isn't it? Especially when you have to give up a lot of physical activity.
I keep telling myself, "I think I can, I think I can." I know I can follow WW. I know the program backwards and forward--- and it works. I just hate being in pain!
