It took me about 2 weeks to get over the "jitters" it caused! Once that went away, I liked it the best of all the AD's I've ever been on! If you need help sleeping in the meantime, try over the counter unisom, its ok to take with it and it works pretty well. If you only take it for a week or two you don't need to be worried about becoming "dependant" on it either! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
