I really appreciate it.

I don't believe I can report him to anyone because of this stupid thing that I signed...I literally think I signed over my life/rights/first-born child etc...I should have had a bloody lawyer present.

I have at least contacted my insurance company and let them know how badly it went. I told them that he was completely unprepared, thought I was a boy, didn't know any of my medical background etc. They were actually rather appalled (which is good). I guess because it has to be an "independant" medical examination...they don't choose the doctor, they contract out another company that chooses the doctor. So they were going to investigate the whole confidentiality thing and maybe even send me to another doctor (GRRR).

But at least I got it on record right away that I wasn't satisfied with the doctor and let my insurance rep know that I wasn't as open about my problems/condition as I would normally be with a doctor because of the lack of confidentiality. I hope that will help if this doc comes back with a completely different diagnosis/recommendation than all the other doctors.
